Typology rules necessaries for SMS?
Is Subject validation a necessarty rule for SMSs or only Emails?
Also from here, are any other rules that should not apply to SMS deliveries?
Some of them have same execution order. Does it cause any problems?

In the screenshot, if the channel type is Mobile (sms) or All channels, those typology rule will get applied to SMS deliveries.
The channel is 'Email' for 'Subject validation' typology rule, which means it will be applied only to email type deliveries.
