Hello @hanadyta

Here are my thoughts on this

A. Incorrect -  we need user consent (not email) to meet legal requirements.

B. Incorrect -  Primary key field is auto generated.

C. Correct -  We collect emails to send emails that the whole point of collecting them,

D. Correct -  We might want to update user details based on email if it is unique.

Hi @hanadyta ,

I would go with the options A and D as it would be used as an import field to meet the requirements or It can also be used as a reconcilation key if we do updation to a list or Schema.

Regards,

Pravallika.
