Tracking Tags for Web Apps not recording

Hi

We have a web app that allows users to update some of their details.  I have been trying to set up some reporting on usage set up.

I have added a tracking tag to each of the pages in the app

When I visit the app in a browser, I can see the tracking tag in the networks calls

However when I look at the reports / Tracking Tag analysis I just get a message saying:

"No tracking data has been saved for this objective over this period."

What could be the cause of this ?

    Hi Ian,

    Checking on my end, I'm not seeing any instances of this error anywhere, so it doesn't look like something we've seen previously.

    I'd suggest submitting a ticket to Adobe Campaign Support so we can work with you can take a closer look.
