Tracked links not expiring after date

Hello, 

I’m having a problem with my tracking server. We have set the tracked links to expire in 3 days in a delivery, yet it isn’t expiring at all. Does anyone know in which part of server is this treated, and how could I inviestigate and debug this further?

      Hi ​@CampaignerForLife 

      did you review your tracking file detials in your ACC tracking server ({install directory}/var/{instance name}/redir/url/log)? (I used to check for a corrupt line in it and restart the workflow)

      Can you also check if the trackinglogd@default service working well?

      Hello Nolan, 

      I can’t find that folder in my server (It’s a windows installationm, maybe here works different?)

      Anyways:

      Tracking works (Open, clicked...), we checked and validity links expire correctly except in one delivery. Do you know what could it be? I’ve checked properites and everything seems ok. Do you know what could be going on?
