TLV Configuration for SMPP DLT Implementation

Hi Team,

 

We have SMS SMPP configuration to send SMS from adobe campaign classic.

We have configured external account as below and the messages are getting pushed to connector but not getting delivered to the user. 

 

After discussing the issue with the vendor they suggested to include some additional new parameters such as Template ID and Principle Entity ID in the SMS template as these have been introduced due to DLT implementation.

As there is no documentation on how to pass these two parameters in the configuration or SMS template for SMPP. 

Could someone please help with this?

Hi @ratika 

for this you would need a consultant to work directly on the connector file. It is not straightforward.

Hi @milan_vucetic ,

 

I am also working on the similar kind of requirement. Just wanted to know if consultant would be able to work on the connector file if the instance is Adobe Hosted, or if it is only an option for on-prem ?
