Technical WF Testing

Hi All,

I am testing technical WF's which is designed with Scheduler , JS script, Audit logs, File Collector, Data loading , deDuplication, Insert or Update data and some alerts .

Can you advice some major validations to consider when testing a WF and above activities mentioned?
