Subscription / Un - subscription: resub with same recipient id - no longer contact email as YES - not changing it to NO

We have subscription and un-subscription forms in AEM - Campaign. We have custom optin and default no longer contact email opt out written in the JS format under campaign. 

 

1) When sub works - Optin: Yes; Default Opt Out: No

2) When unsub works - Optin: No; Default Opt Out: Yes

 

But

 

 if we RESUBSCRIBE with the same recipient ID hen data reflect as Optin: Yes; Default Opt Out: Yes

 

Default OPT OUT must change it to NO when optin: YES with resub.

 

 

Is there anything specific we need to check or change for the same recipient id when it is re subscribed?

As far as I know you need to manually do so
