subscribers unsubscribing from newsletter are still in the subscription list

The subscribers that are unsubscribing from newsletter are still in the subscription list. I have triggered the mail with the OOTB unsubscription webapp, when clicking on unsubscribe the user should unsubscribe from the service but the user is still showing in the subscription list in my service. Kindly help me out here.

Hello @ashish_gra ,depends how your unsubscription logic is done. If you are updating the recipient profile fieldsor you unsubscribe them from the service  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/developer/campaign-api/api/sm-subscription-Unsubscribe.html var recipient = {recipient: {_key: "email", email: "john.smith@example.com"}}nms.subscription.Unsubscribe("SVC1", recipient) Can you check the web app what it actually does and let us know?
