Hello everyone,

We are delegating our subdomain to Adobe, anyone knows how to find Clientname and _domainkey?

# DKIM signature of outgoing emails
Clientname._domainkey.subdomain.com CNAME Clientname._domainkey.subdomain.com.cname.campaign.adobe.com.
_domainkey.subdomain.com CNAME _domainkey.subdomain.com.cname.campaign.adobe.com.

Hi @luca_lattarini - your client name is usually visible after the "@" symbol in the URL when you log on to Experience Cloud instance. e.g.

_domainkey isn't really replaced with anything, but the other values for subdomain.com etc on either side of the CNAME are replaced with your provisioned sending domain. So if your client name is mycompany and your sending domain is e.g. ecomms.mydomain.co.nz then:

mycompany._domainkey.ecomms.mydomain.co.nz CNAME _domainkey.ecomms.mydomain.co.nz _domainkey.ecomms.mydomain.co.nz TXT "v=DKIM1; k=rsa;" "p=...."

Cheers

Darren

What is the URL of the instance on which you will eventually be configuring this sub-domain? It should be an Adobe hosted instance based on what CNAME entry that you have shared.

Hi,

If you use CNAME delegation and your instance in under IMS and Control Panel, you can get the CNAME using the new BETA CNAME delegation from the Campaign Control Panel.

Otherwise, a ticket to Customer Care should be opened to be provided with the information.

Thanks

Denis.
