Sponteaneous Error in when sending SMS via SMS Gateway

Hi there,

We are having an unexpected error with sending SMS that occured out of nowhere (with no config changes happening in the days leading up to it).

Basically, when trying to send SMS, an error appears in the delivery logs that says:

Error in delivery part 15290614: INT - 150003 Cannot open an HTTP connection with server acXXXXX.adobesandbox.com'.\

Can anyone think of what this? Has our SMS Gateway provider changed settings on us with no/short notice?

Hi,

There's no connection established between SMS gateway and Adobe campaign. You need to check your settings.
