SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'Validation' of service 'nms:offer'.

Hi.

First of all, greetings to the members of this community. I am new to the tool and my knowledge is quite limited.

I have a problem when the user tries to approve a Delivery. It shows me the error "SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'Validation' of service 'nms: offer'."

I know that it is a matter of permissions, because an administrator can approve the delivery.

Any idea what permission may be missing?
