SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'Validation' of service 'nms:offer'.

Hi All,

I am getting 'SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'Validation' of service 'nms:offer' while trying to approve content or eligibility of an offer, which working fine in another instance. Also the offer space listed in offer preview is not clickable as well. PFB the screenshots for reference.

Can you check the following steps below? We have seen this in the past and it is typically due to operator permissions.

 

Enable the OOTB account to restore the offer approval process.
1. Navigate to Administration > Access Management > Operators
2. Search for the operator in question, i.e. 'interaction'
3. If the account is disabled, you can enable it by following this article:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign-classic/using/getting-started/permissions/access-management-operators#access-rights-options

 

If these steps fail to resolve the issue and no one else has any feedback, I would recommend reaching out to Campaign Support for further assistance.

Thank you, Craig, for your input. The interaction operator was disabled in my instance. After enabling it, the validation error was resolved. However, the offers are now moving to a 'disabled' state, even though they are still valid and correctly configured.
