SMPP UnBind and Bind back

We had an issue with out SMPP/SMS Provider yesterday with our Throughput, they raised it for us but then also said this

I have investigated your issue and see that you are sending over your current throughput. We have increased your throughput and this should resolve your issue. Please unbind and bind back in and let me know if you are still having issues.

I am not sure how unbind and bind back.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Hi @tokyotye,

unbind and bind basicaly means to close and open connection towards your provider.

In case of on-premise solution, restart mta@instance_name service  will be enough.

Milan
