Hi @sanjana12 ,

Any delivery got created in your campaign before the campaign's start date? If so, there is no connection between a delivery and its campaign start & end dates. Campaign start and end date is just a representation for marketing users.

Or,

If you have a campaign workflow scheduled at 8AM, but if you see a delivery got created before that, might be a reason some campaign operator had 'executed the pending task' by right clicking the Scheduler.

Or, If you configured a scheduler to Run at 8AM, and if the Server is configured at EST timeZone, then the delivery will be triggered at 8AM EST. But if you want the delivery to be triggered at 8AM IST or other timezones, then in Scheduler >  Advanced tab > Select the required timezone

Hi, the workflow was started and 'wake up" was applied on it to send a proof and later the workflow was stopped.Do you think that messed up the schedule ?
