Hi,

 

If an user has marked an email as spam and if the user is asked to "unspam" the email, then will the user be removed from the Quarantine list after that?

Hi @sanjana12 ,

No, the recipient won't be automatically removed from Quarantine. Instead you can navigate to Administration > Campaign Management > Non deliverables Management > Non deliverables and addresses, Search for the recipient's email ID and Change the status of the email address from 'Denylisted' to 'Valid'.
