@raimo1 You can query on nms:delivery schema and inside the Indicators element node of that schema, you have Processed and Success indicators which can then be exported in a CSV file and sent as attachment to the list of users or you can use JS to print it inside an Alert activity.

Can you please explain a bit more on the requirement? Do you wish to send it to a large number of people?

Hi RaiMo,

 

Why would you want to send a proof that increases the quantity of a delivery? Typically marketers want to keep proofs separate to avoid inflating/skewing numbers with proofs.

 

So unless there is a specific use case, I would advise against this.

Sorry, I expressed myself badly. I would like to send the quantity that was sent from a delivery to a list of people who monitor workflows.
