PushNotification - Disabled field status is not changing to Yes when user uninstalled the mobile app

Hi All,

We have implemented a push notification service for both ios and Android. 

Registering devices and sending push notifications to those devices are working fine. But when the user uninstalling the app from mobile devices, the Disabled status field is not changing to Yes.

NMAC opt-out management (mobileAppOptOutMgt) workflow is also running fine without any errors.

Can anyone please help me on this issue.
