process missing from the processlist in external database when I run the Data Loading(RDBMS) activity

I created a FDA connnection to a MySQL database. And then I use the activity "data loading(RDBMS)" to synchronize the data from the MySQL tables, the table has aout 30 million rows in it, after I run the activity for 10 mins, the SQL process in the MYSQL database missing from the processlist. How can I confirgure the FDA connnections and let the Adobe campaign can load the data from the external MySQL database?

Hi,

 

Try setting session max_execution_time to 0 in External Account's PostConnect script?
