Personalize the survey created in Adobe campaign

Hi everyone, 

 

I have created a survey under web applications that should have dynamic questions in it.

 

For ex: I have a column specs in a schema called models, the specs column contains number of specs they pruchased like spec1, spec2, spec3.  any user can purchase 1 , 2 or 3 specs.

 

Can I have a three different questions that would ask them to rate 1 out of 10 ? how can i achieve this?

Hi @craig_thonis ,

 

Thank you for sharing the URL, I have gone through it,  but I am using custom HTML for my web form and trying to pull the data from a schema where the recipient has purchased a certain feature.
