Outlook tracking issue in Adobe campaign classic

Hi All,

 

Outlook tracking is not working for some links.

Does anyone faced any issues related to outlook tracking in adobe campaign classic.

Hi @diksha036 - I have seen instances where links contained within Microsoft conditional layout comments are not tracked. e.g.

<!--[if gte mso 9]>
... links are in here somewhere ...
<![endif]-->

If links are in the above comments they will be skipped from tracking in Campaign but still work in Outlook. You will need to remove any client specific layout for the links to be tracked properly.
