ORA-01805: possible error in date/time operation

Following an upgrade from Oracle 12c to 19c whenever I run any workflow in ACC v7 I immediately get these errors :-

 

26/10/2022 10:22:38        ORA-210000 Oracle error: ORA-01805: possible error in date/time operation

 

The on-prem database and application servers both claim to be in time zone GMT ?

i.e. select dbtimezone from dual; returns GMT

 

Any idea how I can investigate this further please ?

The problem does not seem to be due to the Adobe campaign but seems like a bug in the Oracle release itself.
