Offer Folder hierarchies error

Have faced a "Folder hierarchies of environments ' ' and ' ' do not match error" in offerMgt workflow.

Preceded by a "Folder path ' ' is not a subfolder of folder path ' ' " warning.

Have tried to delete that Design folder and create again but doesn't work.

Any idea what to do to fix this?

Folder hierarchies are the same in both Design and Live Envs. Seems like a recurrent failure that not allways occur and no changes are made in folder hierarchies in the meantime. The temporary solution seems to delete Live categories in both Mkt and Interaction instances and then publish again, but thats not a definitive solution.

Folders and their subfolders in the design environment should match with those in the Live Environment. It appears that someone with admin access has moved the offer category folder in question manually inside the live environment.

 

Please make them similar and then try to publish the offer.
