We have configured MTA  in adobe campaign server by adding ip, port of mta in server config files.

But now the email delivery is failing from mta server.

 

Error message :

421 4.4.2 service timed out.

 

Could you please suggest on this.

Looks like the MTA connection is not working from Adobe campaign. 
Can you double check for the MTA connection if it is working fine or not?
