Lowest permission set for a user to be able to create recipients

Hi,

I'm creating recipients with a REST service within a jssp page, and also subscribing them to a service. All works fine but I'm having some troubles to find which is the lowest permission set requred to use NLWS.nmsRecipient.create() and nms.subscription.Subscribe()
