Adobe Campaign enables you to try the new interactive AMP for Email format, which enables to send dynamic emails, under certain conditions. In this version, you can: Test delivering AMP emails to specific addresses appropriately configured. Deliver AMP emails to Gmail, Outlook or Mail.ru addresses after registering with the corresponding providers. Golden Nuggets   1. Splitting export files by count   Some customers require regular exports of logs from ACC instance to an external location for further reporting in a 3rd party application. For these exports, especially broadLogs and trackingLogs, the records count is sometimes too high, and exporting such huge files may not be the best approach. In these cases, we would be best by splitting up the files by row count, and have multiple files be exported instead of a single large file.   We need not run the query multiple times, and limit the size of returned records in a split. Instead, we can do this by querying the table(s) just once, and then splitting the result-set, for example 1M rows max. for each file. The remainder of the result-set can be looped over again without having to query again.     2. Workflow activity labelling One should follow the practice to label all activities in workflows, technical or campaign workflows, in a way clearly indicating what that activity is supposed to be doing in that workflow.Example, a query activity fetching the delivery logs captured in Campaign in the previous day can be labelled as "Get delivery logs captured yesterday", enrichment activities should be labelled indicating what data is being enriched - calculated, linked, hardcoded, dropped, etc..   Indicating custom scripts in activities using "-- activity label --" Adobe Campaign allows you to write custom code (JavaScript) in all of its workflow activities, while it also provides a dedicated JavaScript code activity. Some use cases are such that using the custom JavaScript activity in between other activities might not be the best course of action. Best practices for Adobe campaign classic   Performance and Data retention Data Retention and Cleanup Adobe Campaign is not a data warehouse or reporting tool. To maintain good performance, manage database growth by following these best practices: Purge Configuration: Use the deployment wizard to set how long technical data is stored. Purging is managed by the Database Cleanup workflow.                  Default Retention: Delivery and tracking logs are retained for 180 days by default. A cleanup process removes logs older than this period. Custom Retention Period: If you need to retain logs longer, evaluate based on database size and message volume. Aim to keep fewer than 1 billion records to avoid reaching the 2.14 billion ID limit. This may mean setting a retention period shorter than 180 days for some customers. Custom Table Cleanup: Custom tables are not included in the standard cleanup process. I

HTTP headers enable the client and server to exchange additional information within an HTTP request or response. Currently, custom headers are intercepted by nlsrvmod Apache module and stripped. I submitted an enhancement request to implement this feature back in March 2023, and it is now scheduled for inclusion in a forthcoming release, version 7.4, identifiable by the improvement reference "NEO-57557."   In the following example, you can observe that we are making an HTTP call to our custom JSSP page with a customized "Authorization" header, which subsequently gets removed.      

Adobe Campaign provides an out-of-the-box module to help you create various offers, and the ability to define the rules and content to ensure that you are talking with your customers and sending them the offer that is most relevant to them. However, with Adobe Campaign’s Offers UI, it becomes a time-intensive job if we need to create multiple offers and then run through the necessary content and eligibility approvals for each one. If only there was a way that we could get the content set up for the different offers, have them approved in a single go and then have them created in Adobe Campaign. But is this even possible?The answer… “Yes!”. With the Adobe Workfront and Adobe Campaign integration (via Workfront Fusion), this process can become a reality.
