Hello, Masters of Adobe Campaign,Once again  question from Newbie, I am seeking some insights/guidance regarding Adobe Campaign Classic and time setup. I am located in Eastern US, and in November, we will switch to daylight saving time. Every day we dispatch several Newsletters to different time zones. Would you provide more insights into what adjustments should be made and be aware of with the Adobe Campaign Classic about the time change? Thank you,

Masters of Adobe Campaign,While I am trying to grasp the idea of the vast functionality of the Adobe campaign Classic , I have an additional question;I have used PowerShell before in Servers Task Automation, and I wonder how I can apply PowerShell concepts and knowledge in Adobe Campaign Classic?Would you be able to pass any tutorials helping in understanding the concepts?Any information is greatly appreciated.

I have been lately testing the Campaign Optimization feature. I noticed that if the Delivery isn't scheduled, the pressure rule exclusion isn't considered. As soon as I schedule the Delivery, I see recipients go through the Pressure rule typology. Unfortunately, we mostly manually execute the Campaign. So wanted to confirm if Pressure Rule will only be implemented when the delivery is scheduled and wont when delivery are manually run. Thanks in advance.

As the subject says, which "version" of javascript does 9032 use? I've read in earlier posts on the forum that older builds use a version of Spidermonkey 1.8.5, which is roughly equivalent to ECMA, 5th edition. Any ideas?

Hello, A user is trying to use the Data File Load activity and is getting the following error: 'XTK-170046 An error has stopped the transfer of file..." In the Journal they have this error:"BAS-010014 Cannot open file... with read access (errno=2, No such file or directory)""WKF-560006 An error occured when loading..." I confirmed they have been able to load files in the past and they have the rights needed for their operator except Admin rights.  When I attempt to load the file I don't have any issues. Please advise.

Hello there,We have a few Measurement hypotheses that are currently sitting as "Execution in progress" status which are old. Does anyone know the root cause of why a hypothesis gets stuck with the above status and if so, what is the resolution for it?Appreciate any help.

Hi, we are struggling with drop down functionality in Campaign Classic: Requirements:1. We want to use a custom srcSchema to populate a drop down, (not system enumeration or db enumeration).2. The displayed value in the drop down list should be a specified field in the srcSchema, not the primary key.3. The displayed value in the drop down list should be a specified field in the srcSchema, not the primary key also after saving and reopening the offer. These are the solutions we have tried so far:1. Input form: input type="enum" schema="cus:customSchema".    SrcSchema (cus:customSchema): <compute-string expr="@nonPrimaryKey"/>.    After saving the form/entity, primary key is displayed in the drop down, instead of the desired computed string.2. SrcSchema: Creating a link to the cus:customSchema from an offer extension schema.   Input form: input type="linkList" xpath="linkXpath" and displaying the nonPrimaryKey column with a child input e

Hi everyone! I'm trying to send a single email delivery but I want to filter my recepients from 3 different data schemas (recipients, recipient delivery logs, and one personalized table), but I don't know if I it's possible or if I'm not doing it in the right way.Could you please help me with this? 🙏 I'd really appreciate it! Best!

Hi Team,      When we generate the billing report, in the summary we are not seeing any deliveries count (count is showing as 0). We just need to know how the delivery count is showing as 0 or else is it OOTB functionality to show delivery count as 0?. To debug this, we don't have much information "Billing" Workflow and hence could some one please provide the internal process/code using in generating the Billing Report.  Thanks in advance.

I ran an A/B test and it chose the proper winner for the final send and completed the delivery.  The extended broadlog fields were populated from the enriched target data appropriately for the initial sends, but not for the final delivery.  Do I need to add something to the JavaScript to populate the extended broadlog fields for the final delivery since it didn't pick them up from the Enrichment?

I would like to duplicate a workflow that we have created since I need to build another workflow that is very similar. Duplicated would save a lot of time where I can just make those minor changes to the new workflow without having to rebuild from scratch. However, once I have duplicated the workflow, I would like to make sure it is in that same, original campaign. But after I duplicate it I can't find a way to do that. Is there a way that I can take that copy of the workflow and add it to the campaign?

When building your own content schema, you can not use the custom elements or attributes in the WF query editor. Elements appear in the list to the left, but either way you add them - by clicking or writing [element/@attribute] it results in an error (see suject line). My workaround - has been to use the data-element and a bunch of substring and charindex commands to get to the attribute value - but this gets difficult and unpractical as the schema grows and similary named attributes belong to different elements. I have tried using the function NodeValue(String, String) which my guess is would be perfect to use for this, but to no success. Should it be NodeValue(data, "/element/@attribute") or the other way around? Doesn't matter because I still get the same error.  How do you work around this?? best regardJonas

We are setting our environment to send 1 email per day to the recipients. Now we do have certain campaigns that due to legal reasons cant be throttled for Customer Optimization/Fatigue. So whenever a delivery for those campaigns is executed, using a expression, we prevent that campaign from getting "Optimizied".Now the question is, let say we have a very imp campaign which is weighted very high in the Pressure rule. But due the fact that this earlier mentioned campaign already executed without "Optimization", now my Imp Campaign will get suppressed as the recipient already received their 1 email per day.Is there any way ACC can ignore sent message from certain deliveries when it considers the "Maximum number of message" an recipient can recieve.

Dear All,Could you please help to understand the below error which popped up during the data import in one of the technical workflows when the file collector activity tried to read the files from the server path and load them in? Also, it would be good if you could highlight the reason behind the error to pop out? The workflow failed due to this error, please note that the workflow was running fine for long time and there are no access related restrictions for the file to be picked up by the workflow.BAS-010018 Cannot create folder '/<directory_name>' (errno=13, Permission denied)Thanks and Regards,Rajesh.S.S.

(Product analyst do not have admin access)

Hi,I have a business case that need to send out the new subscriber on a daily basis. I am thinking to use the Incremental query to send email to new subscribers only. I wonder after one or two years later, will it slow down the workflow as it will need to find the new subscribers every time when the workflow runs.  Are there any downside using Incremental query? Will it be easier just to use regular query and set subscriber create day = today? Thanks,Jason
