Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8

Hi Team, Please help me the steps how to adjust(Add / Remove)  operators monitoring groups in Adobe Campaign. Thanks In advance,Gangadhar

Hi Team, We have a recurring delivery which was working fine but now without any changes in the workflow, the recurring delivery is creating 2 deliveries in the dashboard as shown in below screenshot- we have approvals assigned to the recurring email delivery and even after approving everything this is creating double deliveries and one in the "personalization pending" status never goes out and is stuck- not getting stopped either. We have followed the workflow stop and restart method with new recurring delivery and then its working fine as per the solution provided here. However now we are getting these issues more often, not with the same delivery in workflow but with some other workflows in the same campaign. We are not sure what's happening. It would be helpful if we can get below possible reasons:1. Any possible reason behind 2 duplicate deliveries are created in the dashboard- with no errors in any of them but stuck in personalization pending state.2. How a working recu

Hi Team, I am able to see  "Activity 'addressHardBounceQuery': Transition 'result': The target activity is not specified" warning in one of my campaign Workflow Query activity. How we can fix this warning. Please provide your thoughts. Thanks,Gangadhar

Hi, I need help in V8 where I need to add some customers in Denylisted address status in Non-deliverable and address. In V7, updating the email address in Non-deliverable and address (nms: address) schema would remove the customer when preparing for delivery sent. But in V8, when I checked (nms: address) and tested added some customers, it was not excluded in delivery preparation. But it was working when I added some customers in the Address (xxl:nmsAddressXl) schema. To replicate the data from nms: address to (xxl:nmsAddressXl), I ran the technical workflows such as Replicate Reference tables and Replicate Staging data but still could not sync these two tables. Can anyone guide us should update both the tables at once as it will take care of the sync between two schemas, or should I only update (xxl:nmsAddressXl) as while testing, it seems exclusion is happing by this schema and not from nms: Address schemaThanksSushant Trimukhe

Hello everyone,  I am testing a multipage survey in Adobe Campaign 7.0 with Page (v5 compatibility), but the responses are not properly stored. If I include all survey questions in the same page, everything works:   But if I divide exactly the same question in multiple pages, then the responses that should be stored in Archived fields are not saved:  Did anyone else experience this issue? Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello Adobe Campaign Community I am a campaign manager and planning to explore adobe cc/cs for skill enhancement and knowledge. It would be really helpful if some can guide me from where to start and how to go about it.

All,  I need a little help. I have a Direct Mail client that would like to add seeds to their file before exporting to the Print vendor. Their data layout has over several custom fields, and their seeds are in the same data layout as well.  Their seeds have specific data that needs to be populated - and some occasions left blank - so we want to make sure a "random substitution of fields with data" from the live file does not occur.  Because their campaigns can contain anywhere from 40 - 75 seeds, I would like to create a subfolder(s) under Seed Addresses, load all the seeds under that subfolder, and then be able to use the "Edit the dynamic condition" under Seed Address tab to pull the seeds in during deployment.  My question is - because of the custom data fields, do I need to extend the Seed Address data schema to do so, or can I add the custom fields under the "Additional Data" tab, and when I load the file, it will populate the seed record ba

Hi, We are implementing a solution where different users have access to different market folders and campaigns; hence we created new users and gave them below access rights to their market folders.Named Rights:- Prepare Delivery- Start Deliveries- Workflow- Approval Administrationand the below-mentioned Folders:- Campaign Management- Campaign Process (under Administration -> Production -> Technical workflows)The same is working on V7, but on V8, it's giving the following error on workflow when querying recipient where now recipient is on cloud and using FFDA access to retrieve data.07/12/2021 10:12:20 query XSV-350062 Unable to start data source 'nms:extAccount:ffda *Account Name'.07/12/2021 10:12:20 query Cannot load document of type 'External Accounts (nms:extAccount)' satisfying condition '([/@name] = 'ffda')'.07/12/2021 10:12:20 query WDB-200011 The requested database record does not exist.07/12/2021 10:12:20 query (0)=ffda07/12/2021 10:12:20 query Rights xr WHERE xr.iOp

Team,We wanted to make use of Delivery and to use Custom Routing method(such as javascript connector) for processing API requests.- We're trying to integrate other API's in Adobe campaign.- We're able to connect to those API and send messages using workflows- Now we want to use Delivery and input targetted addresses in the Delivery target- Then in the backend we want to process API request using connector- We tried to use Mobile App push connector for reference. Setting up mobile app channel- However we failed to complete custom js connector(Attached error image for reference)- If we execute the same code using workflows, it's working. If I use the same code in connector js, it's not working. Any idea please? The following are the important code snippet in the delivery connector we believe:loadLibrary("xtk:shared/nl.js");NL.require('/nl/core/shared/xtk.js')  .require('/nl/core/shared/js.js');function processDeliveryPart (deliveryPart) {  var msgs = <messages/>;/* API req

How can we create a filter typology rule to exclude recipients that have received less or more than 'n' deliveries?

Currently,  am using the sqlExec function to access the mData field of the recipient schema to store tmp data such as below, while this works, I do not want to rely on this method. /** store tmp changes in xml field **/ xmlData = '<?xml version="1.0"?>' +'<recipient>' +'<comment>This is a test</comment>' +'<changes firstName="David" lastName="Garcia" email="myemail@email.com"></changes>' +'</recipient>' sqlExec("UPDATE NmsRecipient SET mData = '"+xmlData+"' WHERE iRecipientId='"+parseInt(ctx.recipient.@id)+"' ");  The first test was the JSON method (recipient.comment actually stores the string in the mData field)  var recipient = NLWS.nmsRecipient.create( {recipient:{ email : 'dummy@dummy.com', lastName : 'onetwo', firstName

Hello All, The exceptions raised by Adobe Campaign are error codes ( Number type). Do we know where can I or how do I get it translated to english ? 🙂 Is there any string group for errors or dictonary? Workflow says:SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'manageRecipients' of service 'nms:recipient'.</faultstring><detail xsi:type='xsd:string'>BAS-010040 Cannot convert 'jkj' (type text) to integer (8 bit) type (bAS-010011 Invalid value).  But when wrapped in try catch I only get back -2010   Marcel

Masters of Adobe Campaign, Has anything changed in terms of the email app on IOS 15 and privacy? Some of the older email templates we use don't render correctly on IOS 15. Are you aware of any recommendations? Thank you,

Wondering if someone might give me a hand.Currently our workflow setup has all cell codes separated at the delivery step for reporting. Looking to see if there is a way that all cell codes can be combined into 1 English delivery and 1 French delivery but have individual reporting so there is no need to have for example 4 deliveries. We need to track open rates, click rates and all of that but can only see those when we separate the deliveries out for each individual cell code.Any help would be much appreciated 🙂 Thanks,Madison
