Images not loading in branded Mirror Page URL

Hi,

 

I'm currently working on an Adobe Campaign Classic v7-hosted solution. This instance is used to send email communications to multiple different brands.

 

We have configured a different subdomain, a new recipient table, and a new target mapping, and created a new mirror page for the new brand.

 

But when we are sending the mailers and clicking on the view browser option the images are not loading.

 

Can anyone please help with the solution.

Hi @ratika ,

It can be due to SSL certs not configured for mirror page URLs, in that case you might need to reach out to campaign support or config team.

It can also be due to images not hosted not Adobe assets or AC > Resources > Online.
