Images in email are not loading in rediff domain

Hi,

We have noted that emails (from both marketing and RT instances) triggered via campaign classic towards rediff mail domain platform is not loading all the images when received in the inbox. Has anyone faced the same issue and if yes, can you please share your ideas/insights to fix this issue?

Are they loading on other ESPs like Gmail,Outlook.com and Yahoo?

Do you see any errors in the developer console in Rediff?

One possible issue could be SSL or non-https URLs in the image.

Hi @_manoj_kumar_ ,

Sorry for coming back late. Yes, other ISPs are loading the images properly i.e., Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook. This issue is visible only in Rediff mail domain.

And there are no errors in the console. Also, the images are secured only.
