If ACC LDAP config support multi server scenario ?

Hi team,

Our customers wish login ACC used the existed LDAP approach. But the situation is that customer's LDAP Servers deployed at two workplace, and further more, the LDAP server in each workplace is load-balanced (means each of workplace has multi IP address). Should this scenario be supported?

Hi,

 

Only one LDAP server can be used per instance.

Maybe a middleman service such as Okta can be used to merge the lookups(?).
