How to set up abandonment cart trigger with classic

Hello

I am using Campaign classic v7 only without analytics and I would like to set up a trigger or workflow who will sent an message to a recipient if we quit the check out process on the website.

We capturing the tag via GA, but for some reason the web tracking tags set up for dont feed the web tracking log data schema in campaign, I heard that we can use message center, but not really sure how to set it up properly
