How to run a shell script placed in server through Javascript?

As a part of requirement, i need to run a shell script in Adobe campaign v7. Is it possible to call a shell script placed in server from javascript?? Or please provide any other alternatives.

The main function of this shell script is to transpose certain rows of file into column and then pass it to Adobe campaign. So without using Shell script, is there any other way to do transpose of row to column in Adobe campaign??

Hi,

For operators with the createProcess right, it's execCommand() in workflow js.

Script should be executable by the neolane user.

You can also read the file in js with loadFile() or similar, then it's just iterating and setting fileT[col][row] = file[row][col];

Thanks,

-Jon
