how to give read only access for 3 operators?

Hi everyone, 

 

Is there a way that I can give read only access to 3 operators, I tried creating an operator group but I believe that itself will not work. 

 

I knew from folder level, properties we can add operators in security level, but I also have another operator admin added there. So, I cannot remove add or add other operators to have only read access.

 

Please suggest. Thank you in advance.

I have added the three operators in to a group and at the folder level, properties security tab > I have added the operator group and choose read only option from security rights. The below thread helped
