How to get Top 10 Time consuming workflows?

Hi,

     I need to create a technical workflow, Which should give the result of Top 10 Time consuming workflow based on last time execution.

For that, I used query activity, and queried from targeting dimension Elementary Task (XTX) that status not in 'finished'. The result from query activity will be multiples for each workflow. I need only the last execution. On based the which criteria I need to deduplicate? Please suggest me.
