How can i change variables in send a proof

Hi everyone, i need to change this variable, only for test propuse. In my data, appears Red, but only for testing propuse i want to change to Blue.

How do i change it? thanks

If you are pointing towards the font color of the text, then you can use the HTML properties of <font> such as..

<font color="blue">My Text</font>

while sending the proofs.

Thanks for your answer, but i really didn't mean that.

I want to change this field, with a new one, but only in the delivery proofs, can i do that?
