Getting Error when using offers : Message Cancelled (representation unavailable)

Using offers linked with enrichment and selected offer catalog and offer space. Kindly help what needs to be checked to ignore this issue.

Check whether you have missed selecting the below in your offer management. I think this might be the reason.

Hey There,

 

Thanks for the suggestion. But If I am checking that option I can see the email is flowing through but it is flowing empty. Y does it have to flow empty if users are eligible for the required offer.  Looking for your feedback.
