Export in package custom fields

Hello everyone, I have a custom delivery schema that has f.e. the attribute "x".

When I create a delivery with the attribute "x"="Something" and I export it, (f.e. from DEV to Stage) the attribute "x" does not appear in the package. 

How can I customize the package exporting of the delivery schema?

I have never tried this before. But it seems the packages will carry only OOTB values
