Hello, we have a situation where a list has expired hence profiles are not getting targeted and the campaign workflow has failed. What is the workaround? Is it possible to retrieve the list?

I think No. But If you remember any deliveries got triggered to those list of profiles (by using the particular List) in past, you can filter those records in broad log schema with the delivery internal name and get the profiles email/mobile number etc and store it again in your list.
