Error with emoji in the subject line with words containing accents

Hello All, 

 

Recently we are found that putting an emoji (using code) in the subject line containing one or several words with accent ( such as ç) , resulted in the emoji staying in code form when send for proof.

 

Do anyone know how to fix that ?

Trying using the code for your special character.

Repalce  ç with =?UTF-8?Q?=C3=87

 

Let me know if that works.
