Error while sending the email campaign from Adobe Campaign Standard

Hi support,

 When i tried to send an email through campaign i am receiving the below error

 

WKF-560038 Error when performing action 'Prepare' on delivery 'QR Test' (of primary key 91468432). Please refer to the log of this delivery for more information (object associated with the workflow task).

Hi @karthigesh 

 

As the log suggests please refer to the logs of the delivery that has been created. 

You can find the execution folder mapped in the properties of the delivery template. 

You can navigate to the desired execution folder, the your required delivery. 

Open the delivery and go to edit tab and then the delivery tab for a failure reason.
