error in technical workflow 'Tracking'

We recently performed an update to build 9330, and after trying to restart technical workflow Tracking we end up getting this error :

26/08/2021 16:38:32 nlmodule The HTTP 'WWW-Authenticate' header allowing authentication to the proxy server is missing.

Can someone please tell me the source of this problem.

Hi, go to the Deployment wizard/Tracking configuration and check is password is set properly (there is a Validate button).

Hi @aidouni this error can occur when password is not set (empty) and user cannot authenticate.

Please, check if this is the case.
