Error during data import

Dear All,

​Could you please help to understand the below error which popped up during the data import in one of the technical workflows when the file collector activity tried to read the files from the server path and load them in? Also, it would be good if you could highlight the reason behind the error to pop out?

The workflow failed due to this error, please note that the workflow was running fine for long time and there are no access related restrictions for the file to be picked up by the workflow.

​BAS-010018 Cannot create folder '/<directory_name>' (errno=13, Permission denied)
