Empty content on uploading HTML in HTML content in ACC on clicking preview

Hi All,

 

I have uploaded a HTML file in HTML content from my local computer but if displays blank on clicking on preview as shown in below image.

 

Any reason why this happens?

Hi @rut7 ,

As mentioned by @amine_abedour , you need to select either a seed address, a recipient, or no personalization option to preview your delivery.

Did you choose someone from the target to personalyze your preview ? (sorry for the french screenshot)
