Email Feedback Service (Momentum)

Hi Community Experts,

We are planning to have the Email Feedback Service implemented on our platform and we are gathering some feedback and response from users who have already been using the EFS (Momentum).

From the online documentation I can see it is still on Beta so thought of gathering some thoughts and recommendations from active users.
