Duplicate email delivery in mail inbox

Hi Team,

I am sending email with single target audience but it delivered in customer inbox two times.

I checked all the configurations from delivery side.

could you please help me out ??

Can you check if you have selected the first option in the property?

if you use 'andriod' email apps - sometimes emails will be loaded twice. for example Outlook is one of them.

it is not an issue with sender domain at all.
