Coupons not getting reflected in the coupon tab although present in schema

Hi Team,

I am seeking help regarding coupons tab not getting populated whereas coupons are actually present in the schema

In schema values are present:

Similarly not able to use these values in the deliveries too with below error:

I might be missing any step in-between for populating the coupon tab. Please help me here if anyone has faced similar issues.
