Cannot send a recurring delivery.

Question

Hi all,

I am trying to send an email using recurring delivery but i got these errors:

In the journal i have got "06/26/2024 5:09:36 AM deliveryEmail WKF-560038 Error when performing action 'Prepare' on delivery 'Test' (of identifier 52044375). Please refer to the journal of this delivery for more information (object associated with the workflow task)."

And in the delivery audit "06/26/2024 5:09:36 AM XSV-350122 An error occurred and the process has been stopped.
06/26/2024 5:09:36 AM SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'PrepareTargetImpl' of service 'nms:delivery'.
06/26/2024 5:09:36 AM DLV-490000 An error occurred while executing rule 'Analysis for the automatic integration of images'. Please ask the platform administrator 'Adobe Inc.' to check syntax and validity of this rule.
06/26/2024 5:09:36 AM SCR-160012 Javascript&colon; error while evaluating script 'embedImages'.
06/26/2024 5:09:36 AM Publication mode is set to none: Cannot embed image. Images won't be displayed on feature phone."

The email has no images, just simple text.

@khalidhimmi are you using Deco mail?On your instance for images the publish mode is set to None  In Deco-Mail the images are expected to be embedded inside the email itself and for that the images have to be published first. Hence the error
