Can Offers be Scheduled

Hi Team, 

We have a request where to schedule the offers of offer module ; which means if I have an offer to be shown to customers on a weekly basis based on certain eligibility criteria, do we have any OOTB feature to do so. 

We are currently having scripts to do that, but want to see if there are any other easier way like any OOTB features to help us on that.
