Campaign Classic - SFTP is not working after OS upgrade
In our Hybrid model setup, following the OS upgrade prompted by an EOL issue in the production environment, we have encountered an unexpected malfunction with the SFTP account. This issue has not been observed in the UAT environments. The main distinction in the production environment is the utilization of the latest OS version 8.10. We suspect that a bug is impacting the connection to the SFTP account, which is hosted on a Windows server. Although a similar issue has been previously reported to Adobe, it is uncertain whether the required fix is available in the RPM provided by Adobe for RHEL 8. X version.
In the workflow, we are encountering a timeout error after 5 minutes of waiting. Please find the log below. On the SFTP side, we can observe a successful login from the campaign side, but no further activity is occurring thereafter.
