Does Adobe Campaign Classic have ab option for campaign capping across channels?

Hi jk,

Please take a look at the Campaign documentation below, which covers fatigue rules:

Hi @jkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk ,

Yes, there are limits based on MX Configurations in Classic Campaign. PFA the documentation link

Hey @lakshmipravallika
Thanks but I would like to do a capping on channels, e.g. mails, apppushes and others. To me the documentation doesn't work for that topic. Could you help?

Hi @jkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk ,

You can limit for each channel by creating a Capacity Type Typology rules for each channel and add it in your Delivery properties.

Documentation for creating Capacity type Typology rules is shared below:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/orchestrating-campaigns/campaign-optimization/consistency-rules.html?lang=en#controlling-capacity

Pravallika.
